The RSU Post UTME screening examination format is conducted using a Computer-Based Test (CBT) system. Candidates are tested mainly on their core UTME subject combination depending on their chosen course of study. For example, candidates applying for medical and science-related courses are usually tested in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
Candidates are also expected to answer questions in English Language, General Mathematics, and Current Affairs & General Knowledge, which may sometimes include basic knowledge about Rivers State University.
The examination usually consists of about 50 questions to be answered within 30 minutes, making speed and accuracy very important during the screening exercise.
The RSU Post UTME examination is usually conducted physically at the RSU Main Campus, Nkpolu-Oroworukwo, Port Harcourt.
Preparing with RSU Post UTME past questions and answers is one of the best ways for candidates to understand the examination pattern, repeated topics, likely questions, and CBT environment used by the university. Past questions help improve confidence, speed, and examination readiness.
Candidates are also encouraged to take regular RSU CBT practice tests to improve time management, accuracy, and familiarity with the computer-based testing environment before the examination day.
