(i)The Nigeria Airports Authority provides facilities for landing and fuelling in all airports in Nigeria.

(iii) It maintains facilities in all airports in the country.
(iv)The Authority is in charge of the operation of the control tower.
(v) The Authority sees to the environmental sanitation of the airport.
(vi) It makes sure that the air space is free for the movement of aircrafts; that the tarmac is cleared for the landing and take-off of aircrafts and that the goods of the passengers are safeguarded.
(vii)The Airport Authority makes available warehouses in the airports where luggage are kept.
