  • A 5
  • B 3
  • C - 3
  • D - 5
Correct Answer: Option D
Explanation:
2x + 3y = 10 .......x2
3x - 2y = -11 ........x3
4x + 6y = 20
9x - 6y = -33
\(\overline{\frac{13x}{13} = \frac{-13}{13}}\), x = 1
from
2x + 3y = 10
2(-1) + 3y = 10
-2 + 3y = 10
3y = 10 + 2
\(\frac{3y}{3} = \frac{12}{3}\), y = 4
x - y = -1 - 4
= -5
