This is difference of two square i.e.
\([4(3 x+2 y)]^{2}-[5(a+2 b)]^{2}\)
\(=[4(3 x+2 y)+5(a+2 b)][4(3 x+2 y)-5(a+2 b)]\)
\(=(12 x+8 y+5 a+10 b)(12 x+8 y-5 a-10 b)\)
