The program offers successful candidates a structured, hands-on training experience across various departments such as production, maintenance, and engineering. 7Up Nigeria Graduate Trainee Program Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree with at least Second-Class Upper Division from a recognized university
• Completed NYSC
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrated excellence in research and writing
• Knowledge of AUTOCAD (academic experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to work at any of our locations (within and outside Nigeria)
• Aged 26 years or younger
