According to him, some issues were discovered in how the exam towns in Ekiti were arranged after registration had already started. To avoid candidates traveling long distances on exam day, JAMB decided to pause town selection while the problem is being fixed.
For now, candidates registering in Ekiti will not be able to choose any examination town in the state. However, JAMB assured that the adjustment will be completed soon.
The board apologized for any inconvenience this may cause and restated its commitment to improving the examination process and ensuring candidates are treated fairly.
