Abia State University (ABSU), Uturu, has officially commenced its 2026/2027 Post-UTME and Direct Entry admission screening exercise for candidates seeking admission into the institution's undergraduate degree programmes.

The university has invited all qualified UTME and Direct Entry candidates to participate in the online screening exercise. Candidates are required to upload their UTME scores, O'Level results and other relevant academic credentials through the university admission portal and the JAMB portal.

Candidates Eligible for the Screening Exercise

• Candidates who selected Abia State University as First Choice.

• Candidates who selected Abia State University as Second Choice.

• Candidates who did not choose ABSU but wish to change to the university.

• Candidates who scored 150 and above in the 2026 UTME.

• Candidates who possess at least five O'Level credit passes in relevant subjects.

• All Direct Entry candidates.

Registration Procedure

3. Generate and pay the screening fee of ₦2,000.

4. Payment can be made through:
