The Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) has officially commenced its 2026/2027 admission screening exercise for candidates seeking admission into its undergraduate programmes.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates seeking admission into 100 Level, 200 Level, and 300 Level degree programmes offered by FUNAAB and its affiliated institutions.



Eligible Institutions

Candidates who selected any of the following as their first-choice degree-awarding institution during the 2026 UTME or Direct Entry registration are eligible to apply:

Abeokuta, Ogun State

Affiliated Institutions:
- FUNAAB – Federal College of Agriculture, Ibadan (FCAIB)
- FUNAAB – Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology (OYSCATECH), Igbo-Ora



Admission Criteria

Admission will be processed through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) based on:

- Carrying capacity of each programme
- Minimum UTME requirement for the programme
- O'Level subject requirements
- UTME or Direct Entry qualifications
- Candidate's UTME or Direct Entry score
- O'Level performance

Application Fee

Candidates are required to pay:

- Screening Fee: ₦2,000
- Portal Access Fee: ₦3,000
Additional processing charges may apply.

How to Apply

- Visit the FUNAAB Admission Portal.
- Login using your JAMB Registration Number.
- Provide your phone number and email address.
- Generate your invoice.
- Make payment using the generated Remita Reference Number (RRR).
- Return to the portal and complete the application form.
- Review all information carefully.
- Submit and print your registration slip.

Important Information

- Candidates can indicate interest in available Part-Time programmes where applicable.
- Direct Entry candidates must ensure their transcripts or certified statements of results reach the Registrar on or before 17 July 2026.
- Correction of application errors attracts a fee of ₦1,500 and must be completed before the application deadline.
- Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
- Candidates are responsible for ensuring they meet all admission requirements before making payment.
