- Applicants MUST be fully enrolled in any public university in Nigeria.
- Applicants MUST demonstrate critical financioal need
- Applicants MUST exhibit a string commitment to complete a Bachelor’s degree
- Applicants MUST maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or 3.5/5.0
- Applicants MUST display integrity and perseverance in overcoming adversity
- Applicants MUST be involved in co-curricular activities and community service activities
