The Developing Engineering Leaders Through Her (DELT-Her) Program 2025 is a fully-funded initiative aimed at empowering Nigerian women in engineering and technology. Organized by the Presidential Implementation Committee on Technology Transfer (PICTT), the program supports women-led teams with innovative engineering or tech solutions.
