About Delta State Bursary Scholarship
The Delta State Bursary and Scholarship Board (DSBSB) is a government agency established to support the educational aspirations of students from Delta State, Nigeria. Through its Students' Special Assistance Scheme (SSAS), the board offers financial assistance to eligible students pursuing higher education in government-approved tertiary institutions.
Delta State Bursary Scholarship Benefits

Delta State Bursary Scholarship Eligibility
- Must be of Delta State origin
- must have National Identification Number (NIN)
- must be registered full-time student of ONLY Government approved private and public Tertiary Institutions (PGD, Masters and PHD Student are NOT eligible)
- must have CGPA of 2.20 and above in the previous academic year’s examination
- be in second year (200 and above) in the Universities ND II and HND in the Polytechnic’s/ Monotechnic and NCE II-III in the colleges of Education
- must have an account with a CBN approved commercial bank
