2025 Mastercard Scholarship Eligibility
The 2025 Mastercard Foundation Scholarship at Arizona State University (ASU) is open to outstanding African students who meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Citizenship: Must be a citizen of an African country.
- Age Requirement: Applicants must be between 18 and 33 years old.
- Academic Qualification: Must have a bachelor’s degree completed by July 2025.
- Graduate Studies: No prior graduate degree (master’s or PhD) started or completed before August 2025.
- English Proficiency: Must meet ASU’s English language requirements.
- Residency Requirement: Must be willing to reside in Kigali, Rwanda for the program duration.
- Leadership & Community Engagement: Strong track record of leadership, service, and ethical commitment to community development.
