Niger Delta Development Commission Scholarship Eligibility
- Must be an indigene of one of the 9 Niger Delta states
- Not older than 40 years
- Hold a minimum of Second Class Lower or HND Upper Credit/PGD
- Completed NYSC (discharge or exemption)
- Have admission into a Nigerian university for a Master’s program in an approved field
