​The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) is inviting applications for its 2025/2026 Foreign Post-Graduate (Master's Degree) Scholarship Program. This fully funded initiative aims to equip young individuals from the Niger Delta region with advanced training and skills to enhance their participation in the Federal Government's local content program and to enable them to compete globally in various professional disciplines.

NDDC Postgraduate Scholarship Requirements


To qualify:
  • Be from the Niger Delta Region
  • Have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
  • Have First Degree with minimum of 2nd Class-Lower division for those wishing to undertake a Master’s Programme
  • Not belong to any cult group and must not have any criminal record
  • Have gained admission for a Post Graduate Programme in any of the listed disciplines above, in a Foreign University
