About Presidential Amnesty Scholarship

The Presidential Amnesty Scholarship Program 2025 is a fully funded educational initiative by the Federal Government of Nigeria through the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP). Presidential Amnesty Scholarship Eligibility

To qualify for the Presidential Amnesty Scholarship 2025, applicants must:

• Be indigenes of the Niger Delta States (Abia, Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Ondo, Imo, Rivers).
• Use only 2025 JAMB results for application.
• Apply as new entrants into 100-level (for undergraduates) or fresh Master’s students.
• Present valid WAEC/NECO O’Level results (or both) with at least 5 credits including English and Mathematics.
• Maintain a minimum CGPA of 2.5/5.0 or 2.0/4.0 during the scholarship period.
• Avoid any form of misconduct or submission of false information, as it may lead to withdrawal of the scholarship.
