To be eligible for the Shell LiveWIRE Program, applicants must:
- Be residents of Rivers, Bayelsa, Delta, Imo, Abia, Akwa Ibom, Cross River, or Edo States.
- Possess a University degree or HND in any discipline.
- Not be in paid employment.
