About TY Danjuma MBA Scholarship

The TY Danjuma MBA Scholarship was established in 2011 by the TY Danjuma Family Office to support bright African students who have gained admission into top-ranking MBA programs worldwide. The scholarship offers partial financial assistance to help cover the high cost of MBA education, including tuition, living expenses, and travel. It is not a full scholarship but serves as gap funding to ease financial stress for those who demonstrate need. Since its inception, the scholarship has supported dozens of African students at prestigious institutions such as Harvard, Stanford, London Business School, and INSEAD.

The TY Danjuma MBA Scholarship offers financial support to African students admitted into top 10 MBA programs (Financial Times ranking). It provides partial funding to ease financial burden but is not intended as the primary source of tuition or living expenses. Grants are awarded before the program’s start date.

Applications are open for the 2021/22 intake of the TY Danjuma MBA Scholarship. African students accepted into a top 10 MBA programme (per Financial Times 2021 rankings) may apply. Send required documents to mba@tyd-fo.co.uk by 30 June 2025.
