About WIPO Young Experts Program
The WIPO Young Experts Program (YEP) is a two-year, fully funded initiative designed to develop the next generation of global IP leaders. Hosted in Geneva, Switzerland, the program offers young professionals hands-on experience in intellectual property, innovation, and creativity. YEP provides training, mentorship, and a monthly stipend of CHF 5,000, making it a unique opportunity to build a meaningful career in international IP policy and development.WIPO Young Experts Program Benefits
- 5’000 Swiss Francs (CHF) / month
- Contribution to cover 50% of medical insurance costs

WIPO Young Experts Program Eligibility
- Max 35 years old at the time application is submitted
- Available for 24 months for 2026 – 2027
- A University degree
- At least 2 years relevant experience
- Excellent analytical, research & organizational skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent written & spoken English
- Knowledge of, or experience in IP, innovation or creativity
