About Lagos Business School Young Talents Program

The Lagos Business School Young Talents Programme (YTP) 2025 is a two-day intensive career development initiative aimed at identifying and nurturing the brightest young minds in Nigeria. Scheduled for July 25–26, 2025, the programme offers high-achieving recent graduates and final-year students an opportunity to explore the world of business, leadership, and academic excellence through workshops, networking sessions, and mentorship from experienced faculty and industry leaders. Participants stand a chance to gain valuable insights into career opportunities in management and may also qualify for the prestigious LBS Management Scholarship Academy. The programme is designed to inspire, connect, and prepare young talents for impactful careers in business and academia.

Lagos Business School Young Talents Program Eligibility

• Applicant must have graduated with a First or Second Class Upper degree (or its equivalent)
• Applicants must be under 30 years old at the time of application
• Applicant may be currently enrolled in or have completed a master’s degree (optional)
• Note: Previous participants of the YTP are not eligible to apply
