Malta Government Scholarship Eligibility

• Be a Maltese or an international student
• Be seeking to pursue Master’s or PhD studies (MFQ7 or MFQ8)
• Note: If you already hold a Master’s degree, then you are eligible to apply for the PhD, but not for another Master’s or lower-level postgraduate certificate or diploma. Applicants who are already enrolled in a PhD degree program or at the same level as a PhD are not eligible to apply for this scholarship.

How to Apply for Malta Government Endeavor Scholarship

• Submit an online application and upload all required documents.
• Eligible applicants will be called for an interview in the first instance. Only those who successfully pass the interview can move on to the next stage which is the submission of documents required by the 2nd deadline which is 10th October 2025.

  the 4th Call Endeavour II Regulations will be awarded the scholarship
