International Excellence Scholarship Benefits

For the academic year 2024/2025, our University is offering four Siena International Excellence Scholarships, each worth €5,000.00 annually (gross amount), for a duration of one year, renewable for a second year (for a total of 10,000.00 euros over two years, gross amount).

International Excellence Scholarship Eligibility

• Hold non-Italian citizenship (dual citizens including Italian are ineligible)
• Possess a non-Italian Bachelor’s degree obtained outside Italy
• Not be residents of Italy (specific residency criteria apply)
• Apply to one of the eligible English-taught Master’s programs via the apply.unisi.it portal
• Demonstrate English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher​

How to Apply for Siena International Excellence Scholarship

• Program Application: Submit an application for one or two eligible Master's programs through the apply.unisi.it portal.
• Scholarship Application: After applying for admission, complete the scholarship application via the same portal.
• Application Fee: Pay a non-refundable €10 fee for the scholarship application. Payment instructions will be provided via email.
• Required Documents:
  A short self-made video (maximum 1 minute) explaining your motivations
  A list of the Master's program(s) you are applying for
