The Heirs Insurance Essay Championship is an annual national competition organized by Heirs Insurance Group to inspire creativity, critical thinking, and strong writing skills among Junior Secondary School students (JSS1–JSS3) across Nigeria. The 2025 edition features a prize pool of ₦10.5 million, including scholarships, school grants, and a fully sponsored trip to Abuja for finalists. The competition offers young students a platform to express their ideas while securing life-changing educational support.Heirs Insurance Essay Competition Benefits
- Winner will receive N5,000,000 scholarship + N!million grant for school.
- The 1st runner-up will receive a N2,000,000 scholarship,
- 2nd runner-up will be awarded a N1,000,000 scholarship.
Heirs Insurance Essay Competition Eligibility
- Open to students currently in JSS1 to JSS3 (Junior Secondary School) across Nigeria
- Participants must submit one original essay (typed and within 500 words)
- Entries must include the student’s full name, class, and school
- Essay must be written in Times New Roman, 13pt font, and submitted as a Word or PDF file (max 1MB)
- Parents or teachers may assist with the submission, but the work must be the student’s own
- Only one entry per student is allowed
