About ITF/NECA Skills Development Programme
The ITF/NECA Technical Skills Development Programme (TSDP) is a joint initiative by the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) and the Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA), designed to tackle youth unemployment and bridge the skills gap in Nigeria.
In partnership with leading industry players like Nigerian Breweries Plc, the programme provides young Nigerians with practical, hands-on training in key technical and industrial fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Quality Assurance, and Logistics.

ITF/NECA Skills Development Programme Eligibility
To apply for the ITF/NECA Technical Skills Development Programme 2025, candidates must meet the following criteria:- Nigerian citizen aged 18–35
- Minimum of five credits in SSCE including English, Math, Physics, and Chemistry
- HND or ND holders in relevant technical fields with at least Lower Credit
- Graduated 2022 or later
- Completed NYSC
- Valid NIN and email address
