About Ogun State Gen AI Fellowship Program

The Ogun State Gen AI Fellowship Program 2025 is a state-backed initiative aimed at empowering young Nigerians with the skills, knowledge, and real-world experience needed to thrive in the fast-growing field of Artificial Intelligence. Organized by the Ogun State Ministry of Education, Science & Technology in collaboration with the Bosun Tijani Foundation, the six-month, in-person fellowship takes place in Abeokuta and offers intensive training in two tracks: AI Engineering and AI Development.

Fellows will benefit from expert-led instruction, hands-on projects, career mentorship, and exposure to real-world problem-solving using AI technologies. In addition to receiving a monthly stipend of ₦50,000, participants will earn a certificate upon completion and gain access to internships, job placements, or startup support. The program is open to Nigerian residents aged 18 and above who are ready to commit to full-time, in-person learning.
