The University of Lagos (UNILAG) has officially announced the commencement of its 2026/2027 Post UTME Screening Exercise for admission into all undergraduate programmes. According to the university, online registration will begin on Monday, June 15, 2026 and close on Wednesday, July 8, 2026.
Candidates who selected UNILAG as their first-choice institution in the 2026 UTME and obtained a minimum score of 200 are invited to apply. The university also emphasized that applicants must satisfy all O'Level requirements and participate in the online aptitude test to be considered for admission.

Candidates must:
• Choose University of Lagos as First Choice Institution.
• Score 200 and above in the 2026 UTME.
• Possess five (5) O'Level credit passes at one sitting, including English Language and Mathematics.
• Upload O'Level results on both JAMB CAPS and the UNILAG Application Portal on or before 14th August, 2026.
• Be at least sixteen (16) years old by 30th September, 2026.
• Participate in the Post UTME Online Aptitude Test.
• Use a valid and active personal email address during registration.

• Candidates who fail to participate in the Post UTME Online Aptitude Test will not be considered for admission.
• Former students whose admissions were withdrawn due to poor academic performance or absence status may reapply for a different programme.
• Candidates expelled from the university are not eligible for fresh admission.
• The university maintains a zero-tolerance policy on drug abuse and reserves the right to withdraw admission from any admitted student who tests positive.

Registration Procedure
1. Visit the UNILAG Application Portal
2. Click on "Start New Application".
3. Select "Undergraduate" under Application Type.
4. Log in using your UTME Registration Number as username and your surname in lowercase as password.
5. Generate and print the payment advice.
6. Make payment online or at any commercial bank.
7. Return to the portal and complete the screening application.
8. Print the Post UTME Examination Pass.
