This program is a collaboration between the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the African Regional Intellectual Property Organization (ARIPO), and Africa University, with financial support from the Government of Japan.

WIPO Academy Scholarship Eligibility

Applicants must:

• Be nationals of an African country
• Hold at least a Second Class Lower Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in any discipline
• Demonstrate fluency in English
• Have successfully completed the WIPO Distance Learning Course DL-101 (a free online course
