Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the One-Year and Two-Year Community Health (CHO) Programmes of the institution.

Eligibility Criteria

General Requirements
- Applicants must possess Diploma in Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW).
- Applicants must possess at least five (5) O’Level credit passes in:
English Language
Mathematics
Physics
Chemistry
Biology
- Results must be obtained in not more than two sittings through WAEC, NECO, or GCE.

Additional Requirement for One-Year Programme
- Candidates must possess:
First Degree in Community Health Science
or
HND in Community Health, Public Health, or Health-related field.

Professional Requirement
- Candidates must be registered by the Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria.
- Candidates must possess a valid practicing license.

Other Relevant Information
- Late submission of forms will not be entertained.
- Candidates with unclear passport photographs will not be admitted for screening.
- Candidates who fail to appear for screening as scheduled will not be considered for admission.
- GSM phones and electronic devices are prohibited during the screening exercise.
- All photocopies must be clear and legible.
- Evidence of change of name must be attached where applicable.
- Screening results will be published on the UITH website.

- Proceed with online registration using the generated Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) Number.
- Enter a valid personal email address.
- A confirmation link will be sent to the registered email address.
- Open the link sent from noreply@uithilorin.
- Complete and submit the online application form.
- Upload all required documents correctly.
